Dear Ubi, I offer a proposal:

A community gear/content design competition, where the community's 3d modellers and artists submit custom content which is then displayed in the forums where the remainder of the community can vote which community gear to go into a future Ghost Recon Wildlands patch.

For the competition the studio could release a series of gear and texture templates as a modders' toolkit so that the community modellers can completely model their idea and have it ready for a quick QC at Ubi then straight into the game.

Content that the community could submit to the competition could include clothing, accessories, weapon models and cosmetic items.

Just an idea...
