I'm form Brazil and I have the same problem in my xbox one. I have already contacted ubisoft and after several procedures requested by its technicians the problem remains unsolved.

I've got the same problem. Reinstalled multiple times, still getting the error code I'm a disc copy for PS4. I have no "secret downloads" or whatever going either.

I just bought the game on sale and installing as we speak and it won’t download the live update it keeps rufusing to let me play the game I paid for 2-00003802 come on Ubisoft fix your game for honor is a great game when it works

I have just downloaded this damn game for the Free Play Days as an XBOX Live member, WTF!!!! CANT EVEN PLAY BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID ERROR!!!! How can any game studio let this kind of thing occur for over a week with no fix. Ubi is lucky R6 Seige is such an awesome game or I would just stop purchasing anything to do with Ubisoft

New install. I have the same issue. Game does not load and displays live update error. Surprised it is such a common error and the company doesn't seem to want to address it. Bad relations with customers. Using the xbox one platform.

Having the exact same problem on PS4. Recently bought the game , installed over night. Tried to play it this morning and getting the same error code 2-00003802

Just installed the Free Try Demo last night, just to test it before buying. Have the same error. Now deleted and try to download it again to see if it helps. If not then, Ubi soft just lost a player more!

What a great Free Play weekend, just put a bug so we cant play. I’ll bet that the bug is fixed on monday.
