Warlord or Raider. Who to main after the updates ? | Forums

I left the game the past 3 months and now I returned. It seems that there have been alot of changes, buffs and nerfs to characters. I main Raider and Warlord. Both are rep 7. However, I want to stick to one of them only. Raider is really fun to play but way harder.

I see most guys here think that Warlord is better than Raider. Is that right ?

Anyway who's better to main and focus on improving, Raider or Warlord ? I have got 20k steel and I want to spend it on one hero. So what's your opinion ?

OT thread : Would you pick the berserker over them ?

Im actually in the exact same boat as you and Ive been drawn to Highlander as someone who mained LB to Rep 8 (Before buff). Ill agree Warlord is stronger but over long term Ive found Raider much more enjoyable. Im somewhat biased as I always enjoy the harder option.

same boat, but I have the Berserker trying take the main place...

Warlord it's my main on Domination.
Raiden it's my main on Duels
Berserker is my second options on both modes (depends of the day, sometimes I play best with him).

Warlord received a nerf recently, which is something you may notice if you have been away for three months. If you are on console playing WL will be slightly harder since he relies a lot on reacting to what the opponent does.
