    Crash - with BLOOD toggle On

    Hello everybody,

    i got this weird problem, basically the games runs smooth, but if i toggle the BLOOD option on, at the first time i combat (with blood) the game crashes instatlly
    i use amd gpu, anybody knows how to fix this problem? i would really enjoy play the game with blood option on...

    Hello Assassin! We're sorry to hear that you have been having this experience due to this feature. We have reported this along for further review, however, we would like to see if anything can be done to help you bypass this until it can be addressed. We have had some reports that players using AMD graphics cards were having some drops in performance if you have older drivers installed that allow you to enable HBCC. HBCC is automatically off by default on the newest drivers, but if you have older drivers installed, you may need to try to disable this manually. You can also just check into what you're running on your system alongside the game to see if maybe making some small changes to what you have going on may cut down on any applications that could be conflicting and contributing to the crash. We also have an article you can look into that has basic troubleshooting (provided previously) along with some other steps you can take to make changes to your graphic settings to see if this keeps it from being too much on your system. Look into these steps but if you've exhausted everything provided and are still having trouble playing, please don't hesitate to reach out to our technical support team about this for additional insight on what can be done.

    Hello,
    Thanks for your reply, i can confirm my drivers is update to the latest realease and my pc specs are ok for the game, everythings runs ok, but when i try to put ON on the blood option it crashes instantlly,
    do you know other peoples with the same isssues?

    Hello again,
    To help us look into this further, the next time you encounter this crash could you please send us the Bloomberg Crash report?

    After that, could you also create a ticket on our Support site and provide us with the time stamp for the crash report?
    If you could please also attach a copy of your DxDiag to the ticket it would be extremely helpful!
