Can't update! Please help! | Forums

I'm playing rainbow six on my PlayStation 4. The past two days I've tried to enter the game but when it attempts to put me into the main menu, the game give me an error code and says that I need to update the game to access online features. When I check the update screen, there is no update available? What is going on! I just want to play! The update has refused to appear the past two days! Please help me!

I had this problem to. Its very simple. Hover over the application, press the options button, and select 'check for update', then update.


If you are confused or in need of other help please ask, i can try to make a video on what to do.

Happened to me too, clear some space on your storage. I had 50 gb free but still had to delete another 10 for it to even start downloading

If manually checking for updates/freeing up some more space like the others suggested doesn't resolve the update problem, then please reach out to us at support so we can get someone to help you.
