Why are all the sets complete trash compared to skull mc builds. Just curious how such incompetent development is possible. I have been destroying the competition. I Would like some variety in pvp. If you say its not the best build by far then you are wrong and I would wreck you.
That is usually because in the PTS players find everything that is OP and ask that they be adjusted cause it would make PvP impossible if they get released as is. Of course Ubi/Massive break out their Magical Nerfing Pixie Dusts and Magical Nerfing Wand, they break the sets to make them equal or worse then what is out there.
So what is suppose to be a upgrade with classifieds are actually nerfing the current gear sets.
I think 1.8 will change it with the weapons damage becoming a % on all gloves. I've been able to add upto 12% base assault rifle damage. Not really looked at the % for other weapons. Skull gloves will become extinct imho.
The reasons skull gloves are so powerful is 16% base damage. With 9000 firearms and a mdr you get over half a million dps

I'm using ninja bag + AB to stack 4 damage talents on the Bullfrog - wrecks at close range heh though does somewhat limit my choice of secondary weapon and ranged projection.
It's the most versatile build, not the most damaging one. Build up enough crit with a little Banshee and Savage becomes a lot more valuable.
Especially when you realize that everything that has a line of sight on you is basically considered "out of cover". So it's technically 10% multiplicative damage and 7% crit in PvP... all the time.

Because of PvP and I am not saying that as in a "PvP has destroyed PvE in this game" type of rant but simply from the perspective that PvP has become all about DPS and essentially nothing else. In PvE the diversity in builds is incredible and I assure you Skulls MC builds are not king at all.
Bullfrog in most roles is kind of limited in damage projection due to the instability which also makes holding it on the enemy head for bonus headshot damage tricky - I find it a bit odd in damage application in general though not sure if it is the servers or a bug or something sometimes for a few seconds it is like you are barely doing any damage at all and then suddenly its kicking in like it should and takes stuff down fast.Originally Posted by Nopvedz4you Go to original post
The setup I'm using it with has all of these active on it though:
Ferocious - 10% damage to elites and named enemy
Responsive - 10% damage to enemy within 10m
Uncomplicated - straight up 15% damage bonus
And then due to the alpha bridge bonus it shares Destructive - 15% enemy armour damage (or can be swapped out for something else) from the secondary weapon's free talent. The nice thing about this setup is it allows for a decent amount of points in stamina and electronics while doing respectable damage - but it won't compete with a tactical ACR or lightweight M4 with the right talents on a glass cannon build but its not terrible far behind either.
