I also get treated poorly. I think ubi should ban people more based on the reports. I think there in there just to make us feel good and don't really do anything. Its annoying enough to lose to an *** but then he taunts u after.. they are hurting new and old players from wanting to play. one thing i do is just mute them and treat them like they are just ai. no use responding back.

Its refreshing to see someone putting the spotlight on such a rampant issue among the community. Im actually a returning player as of a month ago and while I see the game slowly but surely improving the general attitude has not. Ive always stayed primarily to Dual since even Beta as it always seemed a place mostly free from that kind of behavior. But of course good things are bound to be corrupted. Ive yet to have a session of any length this week that didnt result in at least a death threat, slur of every variety, or the ever original list of reasons I should kill myself. I play many competitive games and I find myself switching to other games not from lack of enjoyment in the game but because you can only spend so many minutes a day reporting people or trying to use logic with people far beyond the point of using their brains. People dont even seem to be satisfied with a win anymore. Instead the emote and "Thanks" spam followed by messaging to say how trash you are are mandatory. Im the type of person who finds losing refreshing so I can see exactly where I still need improvement each time and Im all to eager to rematch a person superior to me as there is no better learning tool but even those things are taken away from me. (Im looking at you Rep 25 Nobushi testing my Lvl 18 Highlander) -_- .

Personally I think it is because of the game. When I first got this game my heart would be beating like I just ran two miles and my eyes would tear from all the sweat that would run into them, this was the same for many of my friends and is why I love this game. This reaction that my friends and I experienced was a fight or flight response; this kind of response is meant to make people 'rage' or cower and as Fonor is not a game where someone can easily run and hide the only other choice that their brain can make is fight.

Perma bann wont solve anithing. More than that seeing as this game is buggy and for most playets "unplayable" adding perma ban will diminish the player base further.

There is one thing they could do tho.

Ad a special command (like "Alt+P" for ex) which takes a ingame screenshot with a report link. That way they recive a direct image with the text chat and the insultbin question.
As for punishing players, sure. But not with a perma ban. After reviewing (no matter after how mutch time has passed, temporary ban that account for 3 days (wi5outh the in you get temporary ban 3 times tou get a perma ban. This way every insult coats 3 days of gaming and eventually ppl will stop cuz they want tobplay, or continue and play with 3 days cooldown a week

I really like that idea. I like to think that when you do report someone for griefing or whatever through in game menu it logs the last 30 seconds of what happened in game and sends it To Ubi, or something like that.

I think maybe 3 days to start with is a bit too much. IMO it should be 4 hours -> 8 hours -> 24 hours -> 72 hours -> Perma.

It's not people making jokes and other people getting offended here. I'm talking about straight up, blatant racism. there's nothing "funny" about it. A slightly off colour joke among friends is one thing, but telling people to kill themselves, hoping they get cancer and calling them racial slurs is quite another.
Have you tried growing a pair and not being such a soft-sack?

They're words on the internet. Why do you care so much?

Back in the good old days you used to throw every insult under the sun at your opponent. Trash talk has always been a feature of online gaming, and now, if you're a precious little flower like you, you have more options than ever to remove your delicate sensibilities from the firing line by ignoring people or turning off chat. But what do you do instead? You want to stop these people playing a game they paid money for, because your little fee-fees got hurt by some nasty men saying ridiculous stuff on the internet over a video game.

Grow up. Welcome to the internet.

I don't think they should ban anyone I think you should have a right to not play with some players if they're going to behave badly I mean he'll there's been times where I've snapped and got angry and I've done it because someone was using a lag switch I know it

you don't just disappear off the damn map and I have this invisible person hitting me so anyway I guess my point is is I'm actually appalled that you want to censor people because quite frankly I don't think censorship belongs and games honestly you just need to get over it and stop being such a victim and saying

"oh they called me the n-word and I'm so upset oh I'm so sad cuz they called me the n-word"

I mean I'm glad the rest of the world wants to help you be a victim but I just think you need to have the ability to block people I don't think the game should step in on a matter fact I've been begging for it for quite some time that they give people inability to block people in the game because there's a lot of people that are just Shady and they like to start trouble and make people mad so I just don't think it's fair that someone could antagonize someone and if they said something out of the way then now we've got to deal with censorship on the games it's bad enough this this garbage this Marxist Cesspool of censorship is floating around on Twitter Facebook and YouTube now you want it stepping into the games

And someone called us Homo sapiens the only truly Homosapien people on Earth are Africans everybody else that's indo European or asian is part Neanderthal therefore we are not 100% homosapien just thought I would point that out

Didn't realize that point defending was something to be upset about. I mean, sure, Assassins shouldn't defend, but still...it's a concept that helps your team. But that's the gaming world now. People blame team mates for their incompetence.
