I believe that in the game itself, on the effects and such you can loot, it says something like "get this via looting or with the Otherworld bundle". I don't think I've seen it mentioned anywhere else, and the easy-to-miss in-game description doesn't give more information than that. Nothing about that by itself gave me any reason to believe that potential bundle would include anything more than the loot stuff, and even less so based on what they did say about the pricing and availability of the masks and the werewolf emote.

That's it! The bundle was mentioned in game prior to it's availability, that fact was brought up in a few threads here, i believe someone confirmed the release date for it, then we all guessed "bundle prices blah blah each item you have," but the masks were definitely not mentioned. Okay, it's coming together haha.

Does Customer Service/Support work on weekends?

I don't think so but I filed a ticket when I found out about the bundle through their support page

Sorry for the confusion on the bundles everyone. Just as an FYI, you can hit up support for help with the pricing on the bundles. If you purchased at a higher price prior to the bundle releasing, you'll want to create a case with them over at http://support.ubi.com. Leave the details of your purchase and they should be able to take care of you.
