The bundles get progressively cheaper with every item in the bundle that you already own. If you hadn't bought the mask or emote already, it would not be so cheap. There is a bundle, you are getting discounts. How is this a bad thing?

I have a lot of steel saved up and was hoping to buy the bundle for all 6 Knight characters but I need some more steel or need to reduce the bundles prices a bit more. Basically I have a 20k gap to close. If they up the prices because of whiny dolts I will not be impressed...

The problem is for anyone who purchased the mask and has not gotten anything else for the character they want, the bundle costs 25000 steel. If they've waited a week before purchase, they would've gotten everything in 30000.

As there were a blog post regarding the planned releases without mentioning the bundle, it's pretty unsavory.

i swore the bundle was mentioned somewhere? I remember not really caring about getting loot drops for berserker because i have a s*** ton of steel and thinking "whatever, I'll just buy the bundle." Maybe i just assumed, or there was a bunch of public speculation goin on and i confused myself?

"Masks appear during idles, executions, and emotes, and during the first week of the event, they will be available for purchase for 15,000 Steel per Hero. During the second week, a new werewolf emote with its own special effect will be available for purchase for 10,000 Steel per Hero. Be sure to get your hands on these items while you can, because after the Feast of the Otherworld concludes on November 2, only masks will remain available for purchase, and their price will rise to 20,000 Steel."

I believe that in the game itself, on the effects and such you can loot, it says something like "get this via looting or with the Otherworld bundle". I don't think I've seen it mentioned anywhere else, and the easy-to-miss in-game description doesn't give more information than that. Nothing about that by itself gave me any reason to believe that potential bundle would include anything more than the loot stuff, and even less so based on what they did say about the pricing and availability of the masks and the werewolf emote.

I've filed a ticket for a refund but customer support wouldn't acknowledge ingame purchases though my ticket is still open.

I've looked around forums and reddit, and the otherworld bundle didn't specify any items included in it initially making people assume it was to bypass the random free loots for the event, the only detailed info we had that time was that masks were being released for 15k steel for the first week of the event and 10k emote for the 2nd in the blog post.
