When they refused to mention the bundle in last weeks worriers den, I had my suspicions that they would probably try something like this but not to this extent. So I bought two masks and kept 30k just to spread the risk. Glad I did. The bundles are great deals and for anyone with steel they'll easily make savings but this was somewhat a deliberate action on ubisoft's part. No doubt they were relying on people using their steel last week in the hopes that they would be more likely to spend RL cash on in game currency. Expect more of this from events in the future. I can say though that by only spending half, the bundles alone are able to make up the difference and still allowed me to make massive savings, so they really are a good deal.

I must say it is tempting to buy steel now and I bet many people will buy steel.

As I don't like to feel like a baited rat I will simply farm my steel and buy the masks and wolf emote for 20k or 10k respectively, I don't care.

Now that the bundles are so cheap these effects, masks and emotes will mean nothing anymore. Because people know they were available in a cheap bundle. They should have kept it the way it was and make it something special.

I loved this event and the cosmetics they have made, but, now I just feel robbed and annoyed. I mean I bought 4 masks and two of the emotes, and then I see the warriors den and they talk about bundles, and I could have bought all the things I bought and gotten two more emotes for 35k instead of paying 80k. I really hope they will refund that steel.

@ubisoft who do I contact to get this fixed? since you accept money for steel then I assume you can refund the purchase and I can then get it for the bundle price before this event ends.

Just keep grinding until the event ends on Nov 2. The bundles will be available for a few days after that.

I've been grinding in PvP and getting loot drops here and there. I finally got smart last night and played Dominion PvAI with matchmaking on. I was getting the special event loot in 3 out of 4 matches. The key to getting the loot is you have to play with matchmaking and you have to win. I wasted so much time playing PvP and not getting that much. You win 99.99% of the time against AI. I'll be grinding in that mode until Nov 2. We need more people in that mode so we can find matches easier. I know it is not as challenging as PvP but the games go by quickly, disconnects are less common and it's great for this event (one game last night we beat the AI 1154-2). Get enough loot for a particular hero and the bundle price can drop to as low as 4k steel.

Neither the mask outfit nor the emote are lootable. So it will not be 4k steel but 8,5k steel if you have all the lootables.

Yes, correct. Still so much better than freaking 15k for the mask and 10k for the emote. I bought two masks and I'm not happy.
