OK is it just me or have the devs been playing with the % of pain pills to injections in the PVE survival game? In the last 3 days, i regularly have 8-10 pain pills before I find an injection to prevent the dang infections.
This is getting ridiculous I know RNG hits sometimes but only in the last week has it been getting very noticeable the difference usually is around 60-40 pills to injections. Now way-way more almost 70-80% pain pills only...
Plus as my times I can spend in the game before having to extract is way down! Normally around 2 hours and can get 6 survival caches to 1 hour 30 to -40 and only just get 5 and rush to extract so anyone else notice that something is up?![]()
If you alternate pill, med, pill, med. Your time you can do it lasts longer. I have notice if I get out of sync the pill and meds start to burn faster. I have lasted more then 2 hours and then I have occasions where after an hour I start feeling rushed. Someone told me that food and drink can cause them not to last as long. I have been unable to verify that though.
The stupid infection and the mode being time shouldn't be in this (why can't it be a real survival game) you get the whole map to play in from top to bottom trying to survive a harsh storm/winter, meds/food/clothes etc etc etc with a single base to find, once found you can use it but no fast travel, you go out resource gathering/crafting and surviving gainst the weather and NPC's
Thanks Yodaman yup I knew that been around since the betaBut I play Survival Alot and I have noticed in the last 1-2 weeks the pain pills to injections to be found is way overbalanced in the pain pills.
Last night 7 pain pills discovered one after another in med bags it's getting to be a real pattern and the closer to the DZ you get the worse the ratio I was just calling it out and seeing if it was just my group that has noticed!

Survival should have a timer free version, so I can go explore (Personally, I'd like a 24-hour version, but I can see that would add saving and loading issues).
You should automatically have 1 water and 1 energy bar on you at the start. No agent would go in empty-handed.
There should be a way to increase med carrying capacity. And a way to destroy clothing or throw them away.
More rewards at the end would also be a bonus. It's hard to talk myself into playing Survival when I know an LZ boss run would get me 10x the loot![]()

You should give survival ago whilst yeah the loot ain't great the game play outweighs the rewards for me.
