This is in no way a big problem, simply because of the rare use of the specific move I am going to be talking about. In fact, most of the time you will trigger it by accident in a ganking situation.

Also, I will be talking about Nobushi. Yes, the gal who has "Versatile Retreats" bellow her name. We all know the hidden stance and how annoying it is for the opponent and how satisfying it is for her. Well, besides viper's retreat this is not the only retreat move she has. She also has a move called "SWIFT RECOIL".

That move consists of pressing the dodge button during the block (like lb's cheap shove on block).
WELL. That move sucks in ganks, because when you attempt to dodge and block by accident, you do back away a fair amount. That sounds nice? It's not, because the opponent's attacks follow you. There was NEVER an instance where I used it and it dodged the incoming attacks. Above that, it gets you in a pretty long recovery (with no block).

So I am not asking for a buff. I'm asking for the move to work as intended.

I play a lot of Nobushi. Pretty much only Nobushi.

Swift Recoil is useless because the vast majority of popular characters have tracking on a good number of their attacks and swift recoil cannot do anything to stop them from just following you. Likewise, even if it does, the recovery time on it is so extreme that the opponent is likely to just close the gap before you do anything.

It should break tracking.

Her kick should have hyper armor.

Hidden stance should not lock stamina regeneration for so long if you do not use it to attack, even then it probably should not lock stamina. Just pause regeneration while held, perhaps. Likewise, the attacks out of hidden stance should be less blatantly telegraphed. Sure they ignore the display, but if someone can see it coming because she flails around if you try to switch it up from right side attack which is where everyone puts their block to start with.

Some of her concepts are really great in a vacuum but put against other characters they have some glaring issues that make them significantly less useful.
