I purchased wildlands a couple days ago and played for a hour or so then when i went to play today it wouldnt start the game saying i need a activation code? help plz?

I bought the game in a store. I've played quite a bit with her already, but now she has started to get my activation code. I wrote this to her, but she replied that the code was in use for another account. I read the support on their web site but the information they received did not help me because I only have one account.

I have this problem, I bought the game and after inserting the CD and entering the activation key me the note. This CD Key Or Activation Code is already in use with another Ubisoft Account.For more information pleas contact ubisoft Support.
