Hello, my game freeze after EACH round !!!! Sometime black screen, sometime picture stay.
Totaly unplayable !!! It happen every time. In multiplayer, or storymode.

Help please.

3. Very frequently. Shortly after restarting my PC, I may go a maximum of 3-4 matches before a freeze between rounds. Starting the game and playing after that results in a freeze every match or every other match if I'm lucky.

4. All audio pauses, and the game truly freezes.

5. It can happen whether I am in a group or solo-queuing. When I am in a group, I am often the only person to be affected by the freeze. They see the message saying that I have disconnected 5-6 seconds after my game freezes.

6. The game freezes directly after any round or match ends. It has happened after finishing Objective matches, like Dominion (I don't receive rewards either, despite playing the match from start to finish).

This problem is starting to affect my experience with the game as a whole. Crashes after every single match is extremely frustrating. Especially when I'm in the mood to play a few hours and boost a couple reps.

Some of you have been struggling with a bug for a while now, where a black screen / freeze happens at the end of a match. This requires you to restart your game and come back in, and is annoying as heck when it happens. I had a meeting with our tech team last week and we came away with a number of questions they'd like me to ask those affected, in hopes of solving this once and for all. So if you are one of the users affected by this, please take a moment to answer these questions:

1. What platform are you on?
2. If you are PC, please provide your system specs.
3. Does this happen to you frequently or rarely? If frequently, please DM me your Uplay ID and we can check the logs on your profile.
4. When the black screen occurs, do you hear the audio running behind it, or is it a true freeze?
5. When it happens, are you playing in a group or solo?
6. When exactly does it happen in the match?

2. Intel Pentium G860 @ 2.9GHz, 16GB RAM, nVidia 750 Ti, SSD Drive. Windows 10 Pro x64.
3. Frequently. Multiple times per gaming session.
4. No Audio, Only thing that works is CTRL+ALT+DEL to open task manager. ALT+TAB, windows key, Windows key + L and all others do not respond.
5. It has happened in solo play in campaign as well as multiplayer. All modes to the best of my knowledge.
6. Right after the winning of a round and the loading of a new one. Fades to black and never comes back.

Hope this helps... I get this so often. Lowest graphic settings or as high as my system can take it, it runs smooth but it happens in both scenarios.

They patched something yesterday, now I don't have huge RAM consumption but I have blackscreen EVERY round (I tried 4 times to play that PvE game mode and 4 times I got black screen).

Played 5 games in PvP - no black screen. 1st Test Your Metal game - black screen. It's clearly your ****ty peer-to-peer system, because there are dedicated servers in PvP only.

One year later, and this is where we're at...
For months now, the Known Issues thread has been stating "Status: reproduced, no more info needed" (it still does), but oddly enough, devs are asking for "our help" on this.

This thread is 5 months old already, and not a single update on the (lack of) progress being made to fix this major issue. WTF...
