So this pisses me off, and the devs/mods need to do stuff about this ASAP and not allow it to happen. Cheaters, obvious trolls, etc. Ban them as soon as they appear. It can't be that hard to have someone who can do this when they are notified of such things.
Also, I'm inclined to think that this is someone in the TFG, so you might wanna talk to the TFG mods about trying to figure out who it is so we can ban them from there too. Idk how they'd get that picture anywhere else, you posted it there IIRC.

I "know" him if it proper to say it about anonymous cheater. It's Makc-2007 that was banned in august-september. And it's sort of his revenge for that. Most probably he took this picture from VK group, I posted it there too. We talked to him with other guys in youtube comments, he is completely inadequate troll. But all his new accounts (about 4 of them) was noticed, recorded and reported a long before he got to first places in bunker. And he is still there. To make and upgrade new account with tools it will take about half a day I think. To ban it will take about 3-5 mins. If he will be banned every time it will become useless for him to cheat.
Of course the best way is just integrate anticheat system into game. It's easy as hell. Cheaters usually search and replace bike parameters in the memory. There's should be mechanism that will check those values periodically and report this account if they are changed.

Dgunior_USA - Cheating their way to No.1 in this month's Bunker leaderboard.
They use a speed hack to achieve this otherwise judging by their gameplay they probably wouldn't even make Legends, all bike stats being equal.
I have video of three Armadillo races against this fool which shows the extreme speed of their bike together with their amateur riding style.
Redlynx look at their profiles server save information to see it's suspicious to say the least, if you really need a video I can provide it but I don't think it's needed.
