It kills Shugoki with one shot (with rage and armor skill)

It doesn't deal damage to teamates and the one who use it (or does very low dmg so he can fire it even on itself)

It applies very quckly TOO DOO and whole team is dead (lower than 1 sec so in the battle u cant even react and get away from affected area)

The catapult requires a lot of renown to unlock, and it has an extremely high cooldown. The whole area is marked in red, and it takes actually quite a while for the catapult to strike. It is easy to just roll away from the red area to avoid being killed. It is not broken, you just gotta learn how to avoid it.

what do you expect when you get hit by a catapult? and explosion of flowers? ofc, in most cases, it kills you

It needs balancing. The way it is now, it's like a Tomahawk missile.
