    War

Now, i've posted something similar in the past, but i feel it needs to be said again. This game is supposedly a game 'at war' so why not come out with a game mode, that personifies it? I've heard mention of a 'Siege' mode that people keep shooting down, honestly, i feel you should ignore those people because in my history with them, they all tend to be gankers, and making a big map, would make it harder for them to gank. that being said, here's my idea for a War game mode.

    Name: War

Game mode type: Attack and Defend

Point of mode: To capture progressive zones in order to gain 'advantage' into the enemy zone/castle.

How many zones: 7. two zones to capture, for instance, a gate and its release lever, or two release levers, two bridges to go around a gate ending in the 'throne' room or 'courtyard' of the stronghold.

Fortifications: At the beginning of each zone defenders are given a small amount of 'supplies' these supplies can be used to 'bolster' defenses, whether that means making ti take longer to capture a point, or to use their supplies to block off access points with destroy-able walls.

How to win: Winning seems simple right? Capture the enemy fort, you win? Wrong. We need to be fair, and come on, who wouldn't like being able to raid the enemy base? Once a team either looses, fails to capture the courtyard, or succeeds, captures the courtyard, the teams swap sides. In the case of a failure, the team who gets THE FARTHEST will win the match. In the case of BOTH teams capturing the courtyard, the team with the fastest score will win. Now, i know overwatch had a similar feature in one of their game modes, i personally, hated being limited and being 'stopped' by a time limit if the enemy reached the goal to. I tend to not pay attention to the clock, so letting players actually push to the end area, and THEN tallying the times, would feel much more accomplished then, 'oops, out of time!'

Feats: None. no feats will be given to players, however armor upgrades/stats would be enabled. All 'feats' would be pickups in game, such as the ones in skirmish and story mode.

so thats the sum o fit. i could add in buffs, pick ups etc, but suffice to say i think this would make an interesting game type with some far more enjoyable tactics. All that being said, i do know its a rough idea, and i'm a believer in collaboration to succeed where one could nto alone. so if anyone has any HELPFUL idea's, feel free to comment and i can update my post to modify in your ideas with my own, or replace mechanics people feel might not work out. Thanks for reading ^_^ here's a cyclops with a mustache for yoru troubles.

People have been asking for a more interactive war map, and more interactive way to assault the land PER province since closed beta. Definitely wont happen now because the game is very dead. No population, and declining. They will probably abandon this game around a year into it. Without a severely extensive expansion, there is no way to maintain the game as it declines in revenue production.
Its very sad, because you can tell, many of the devs know, they messed up badly with how they released this game and didn't listen to any of us testers throughout the beta phase; and instead threw money at celebs and streamers to say it was something it was not.

yeah, and i wonder why it is that people have left *pretends to think* oh right, they got bord. So maybe adding in a new game mode, with a progressive feel DURING play might motivate people to come back to their game and give it a whirl again? dude, come on. If you've been a gamer for at least a few years you know dead games, only means lack of content. a dead game can come back over and over again with enough thought, careful planning, and release of content. its just quality, over quantity, and for honor seems to want to fix its quality before anymore quantity comes out. I can respect that. There's always flaws to the game, but they could easily repair what they've lost, or removed, and add plenty more. I personally still enjoy it, think the AI are getting a little to Ganky as of late, but still enjoy it. After all, theirs not really many games out there like For Honor, so adding in a new form of play would just make it all the more fun.

oh an di was talking to eidetik, for some reason it didn't copy his reply O.o
