ON XBOX: So I originally Fast Passed to Token's house and entered from the right, and the glitch occurred. So I reverted to last save and walked from the left side and it worked. I'm not sure if the cutscene has a glitch coming from the right or immediately from the Fast Pass, but switching up the side I approached from fixed it for me.

recently purchased this game and just encountered this glitch. ITS MARCH 2021 WHAT THE **** IS THE DEAL. HOW HARD IS IT TO FIX A SIMPLE BUG. IT IS NOT TO MENTION IT IS LITERALLY GAME BREAKING. if i load the only other save file i have i would lose out on 7 hours of game time. it is safe to say i will be getting a refund and never playing this game again which is annoying becuase i was really enjoying this game. and i actually thought ubisoft was improving their games quality and reputation. what a joke.

I'm afraid that as development has came to a close for this title, it is unlikely that this issue will be resolved.
If it is possible for you to load an older save file before you have seen the cutscene for the classic summon and go to the house (and try from the left as wwnwilson has reported as being successful) first we would suggest trying this to see if it helps.
If this is not possible then you will need to start a new save game and try the above steps to see if the issues is resolved.
I understand this news will be frustrating, particularly if you're well into a save and do apologize for the inconvenience caused
