[ Haven't been able to check this in 1.8 because Survival is still disabled, but I wanted to post it here anyway for visibility. ]

In Survival, the 3 (4?) Rikers in the 17th Street police station underground parking garage are bugged. They "stack" on top of each other and do not register damage unless you land a head shot. I've tested and been able to re-create this issue in the live game on both PC and PS4.
