Using a full 6pc Classified striker, I went ahead and stacked 60% bonus skill power. I then removed the Tactician backpack and replaced it with the NinjaBike. The 60% stack remains. I removed another tactician piece, leaving with 3x Tactician and the NinjaBike. The 60% stack remains.
