[FEEDBACK][SUGGESTION] PVP Squad up option like campaign Co-op

After playing many hours on Ghost Wars I have realized that when my squad or friends aren't available to play with, I begin to lose interest in playing solo. Yes when doing Quickmatch it searches for players, squads everyone up, and the match begins, so yes I'm technically not alone. The problem is that 90 percent of the time the other 3 players have no mic and skill set is very poor (level doesn't mean a thing).

In campaign, when wanting to play with others it would say, "found a player with similar skillset, do you want to join" (something like that). Most of the time joining Co-op in campaign it would put you with people of similar skillset and a mic. I would like to see a similar option for Ghost Wars. Now I'm not talking about holding the button at the main menu so you can invite friends or other ghost to your squad. Most of the time it shows a "Game Invite" from a random player, and most of the time they are in mid match and wont do it. Its Easier to keep playing than to back out, join, wait for others (if they join) then start. We need something quick, fast, and from the start. What I would like to see is a "Create a Squad" option.

    "Create a Squad":
This would be an option you could activate and the game would "search" for players with similar skillset ( not level, use the Ghost War stats) with the parameter of mic or no mic, and put one together for you. The host (Squad Leader) would have the option to start match, vote to kick joining member, etc (whatever else ubi deems necessary). If mid match, you lose a squad member or two, you can still quit with squad and research for another, or since your in "Create a Squad" it would continue to do it for you.

Now at first I contemplated the idea, "Well this would make things too unbalanced, all the good players would over run the others", then in reality, that wouldn't be the case. For those who "aren't good" stat wise, are usually because they are stuck by themselves. How much better and how often do you win when playing with a squad you can communicate with? Your odd increase dramatically. Another upside to this is that creates networking amongst players, getting more involved together to enjoy the game further, as a squad, as its meant to be.

    Your thoughts?

I think I like it. If we can't have servers+lobbies then this is the next best thing as far as networking and community building goes.

    To add:
When Create Squad puts together a group of good players, there should be a match making process to put you against other teams with similar skillsets. Thus always keeping the matches competitive and keeps elite squads from over running rookie squads. Rookies vs. Rookies (they will have fun). Vets vs. Vets (total strategic gameplay)
