It's no use to come to these forums to complain about such things, most of them probably didn't even know what the Nanjng massacre was until they googled it... ...if they even bothered. Those who did just believe it's ok to insult everyone on the internet.

I'd recommend you take screen shots when people type these things in game or record them if it's by voice chat. With that in hand, use the link provided by UniNoty to contact support with the names and screenshots or recording as your proof.
Also maybe grow some thick skin because this is an adult game and your description of events isn't even a breach of the rules. Comparing an horrible event to an action isn't inappropriate no matter how you feel about the event. That little rating that says strong language is there for a reason, buddy.

Not accepting racism, sexism, cyberbullying and other things like that doesn't mean you have a "thin skin". I've seen and heard things you might not even be able to understand. If I react it's because I choose to.

The majority of people doing these things are coward and thankfully, would never do the same in real life, but because of the anonymity given by the internet, they believe it's OK to act like this. Standing up against them takes a lot more guts and energy than doing nothing.

Let's keep in mind that even in game we should be considerate of the impact our words can have on others, intentional or not.
While it's possible those words were said thoughtlessly, it could have also been intentionally brought up in order to incite a reaction - which is why we ask you to report these things to us instead so we can investigate and make a judgement call.
