It's no use to come to these forums to complain about such things, most of them probably didn't even know what the Nanjng massacre was until they googled it... ...if they even bothered. Those who did just believe it's ok to insult everyone on the internet.

I'd recommend you take screen shots when people type these things in game or record them if it's by voice chat. With that in hand, use the link provided by UniNoty to contact support with the names and screenshots or recording as your proof.
