So I’ve been playing this game for more than a year by this point and it’s been quite fun. With that being said, I’ve recently started encountering some rather obnoxious bugs. These mainly include:
1) Horrendous lag during the ANBA missions (seems to have started ever since I updated to IOS 10)
2) A rather constant issue, where I’d try to play a video ad for a respin and the game just locks up: doesn’t play any ads nor does it allow me to tap anywhere, forcing me to close the game
3) Sometimes when I play an ad to get a respin and the ad ends I don’t get my respin and have to sit through another ad to get it
While none of these completely ruin the game they aren’t too fun to deal with either. My device is an Ipad Pro and the version is IOS 11.0.1. I’d simply like to know if I’m the only one experiencing these issues or not.

Yes I have the last two issues. Never before. It's frustating to look a LOT of ADS for nothing 😈😈😈 It happens very often with game trailers that open App Store, less after an X appears in the upper right on the screen.

Thank you for the heads up, justrandom88. We’re aware of the one issue related to rewarded ads that lead to crashes at times. Could you please take a screenshot of those ads and attach them here? Since it’s a third party issue, more information on this will definitely help us resolve this.

Regarding ANBA missions, could you tell me where exactly is the lag occurring (what areas, on what Tracks)? While you accept the mission or in the level? And does this issue occur always?

I get issue #2 ALL the time. My estimation would be that 75% of the time when I play and watch an ad to get an extra spin or free gems, the ad doesn't play and the whole game locks up. I've almost given up trying to play the ads.

Force quitting the app is the only solution.

Caveat: I'm running the iOS public beta. 11.2 was just released so I'm caught up with the current full official release, and the same issues.
