I’m having the same issue on the Switch version today as well. I had to restart the game before the Iron Inventor costume would become selectable and the Assassin’s Creed costume still isnt. I also haven’t got my Tree Fiddy.

Did you redeem the items through the Ubisoft Club website, or through the Nintendo Switch?

Same thing here, playing on PS4. Really frustrated because I don't normally use your guy's services so I had to get through quite a bit of the game before unlocking any Credits. And then when I finally go to unlock the content, of course it doesn't actually unlock. And yes... I checked the toy box. I've reloaded the save several times, chest is glowing, No costumes. This really shouldn't still be a problem lol
