We want customizations for our weapons. How about only letting us change things to an extent for example. The assault classes have red dot sights(if you will) only allow us to change to other variety's of red dot sights. Grips may need to be added as well. So basically. Vice versa for all other classes.

The only thing is that they've designed a yellow sound marker. If everyone uses silencers, there will be no more yellow markers. Which is good. But some weapons may not have silencers available, then it's going to cause a lot of complaints.
If silencers are introduced, there should be a penalty to weapon damage and range by 10% (Just a rough number). Or something like that to balance it.
Yeah, the best way to do this would be to allow you to change some parts of the weapons without having them affecting their in game performance. It would be nice to have a different stock on a rifle to make an example, and it can be implemented by simply having it not affecting the weapon's performance in any way. Or maybe in a very, very slightly way.
One should be able to use all of the following weapon modifications/accessories.
Optics
Trigger Packs
Forward Grips
Muzzle Devices
Barrels
Stocks
Not having 50+ round mags for Assault rifles is understandable but limiting certain weapons to 10-20rnd when they could have 20-30 round mags respectively should be changed to allow those weapons to have the mags as an option or as the standard. (For example the SR-635 should have a 30rnd magazine instead of the 20rnd mag)
Personally I'd allow suppressors to be used it's not as if they are completely silent as is, need be they could be altered so that standard supper sonic ammo (that would break the sound barrier making a loud audible cracking sound) was being used rather than subsonic ammo.
Hey guys, as the team said in their message, balance is something that's being weighed heavily as they look into weapon customization.
As a reminder of our Open Beta update, we are also looking into adding more weapon customization post-launch such as enabling scope change, and are currently exploring a way to add more options without impacting the balance of the game. We will keep you updated.
