    Would ranked mode benefit from...

A more simple point gain/loss algorythm? Right now it just doesn't make sense to lose what you lose or gain. It really feels like when the % are filled to what ubi wanted, the system makes it harder for you to rank up by giving less pts for a win than normal.

    Example:
    -Gold fighting gold
    10pts for W/ -10pts for L
    -Gold fighting plat
    15pts for W/ -5pts for L
    -Gold fighting diamond
    20pts for W/0 pts for L
    -Gold fighting silver
    5pts for W/ -15pts for L
    -Gold fighting bronze
    0pts for win/ -20pts for loss

    Thoughts?

Low risk, high reward to fight more skilled opponents. High risk, low reward for fighting less skilled opponents and a middle ground for fighting the poor sods on your own level. Seems logical.

Not bad ideas. But ranked mode is completely useless without dedicated servers. Stopped playing ranked a couple weeks ago because I was tired of the lag. It's really pointless to have a ranked mode when some games are won because one player gets hits in when the other player can't do anything
