What the hell is going on? I've been trying to pre-order Far Cry 5 and and my Credit Card is being rejected. My bank even called me to let me know that they saw suspicious activity, but we cleared everything up. I then called your Support number, just to hear a message telling me to go to support.ubi.com and after waiting 15 minutes just for all the screens to load and find where to go and what to do, here I am. I am a long time PC gamer and have bought many games from Ubisoft through the years, but I am really upset of the poor customer service offered. Why offer phone numbers, if you refuse to help any of your paying customers? If you don't want to help in getting $90 from me for the Far Cry 5 Gold, then don't blame me for a loss in sales. I will try one more time after I send you this message, if it fails again, I will try one last time, tomorrow. If it fails tomorrow, I will never purchase another Ubisoft game in my life, no matter how much I love and want the game. This is ridiculous!.... Great!.... Now I hit START CHAT and nothing happens! Get your act together Ubisoft! My last option and the one I hate the most, is hitting the submit my case option. UN-FREAKING BELIEVABLE! PS.
