Something wrong with progress synchronization servers lately. It started from release of 5.5.0 I think. It's surely server-side problem, because on old version of the game same things happens. For example if you will made fresh new acc it will never synchronize (try to make small progress and login from another phone - you will start from very beginning). Old accounts mostly work fine but there are problems with them too sometimes. Can it be that some user limit is reached on server?
Please make something with it.
And another topic. In v.5.5.0 introduced synchronization restriction that don't allow to use older save. Remove it please because it become impossible to use backup save from another device in case that something happens.
