Crashed during opening 3rd pack from Event cards, go back now i cant open it!!!! | Forums

So im doing the event and im onto the 3rd pack of cards with has cyborg kenny on the front of the pack i go to use it and my game crashes (ipad air 2) Then i open it back up quickly hoping to open my card pack, but nope it says (Already Collected) And i check my cards.. gold and such, i didnt get crap. not a dam thing! Please help!@>!@?!@?!?@?

I got my first pack of cards from the event but it froze my game. I closed the came and got in to open my pack and it says already collected. I checked my cards and I didn't get anything new. This sucks

Yup, got the exact same problem and bug with the event pack ...
Is there anyway to get that pack back ?

I've had the same problem but lost pack 1,3 and 5. Anyone found out if it's possible to get the cards retrospectively?

Unfortunately there is a small bug with the weekend event. However, the server has indeed awarded you your items! Our development team is aware of this bug and will be working to fix it for future events.

‪The server has not awared my items. Maybe the cards cause can't keep track of them. But definitely not coins, cash or pvp tickets. ‬
