I like the new PVP challenge where you get points for using particular cards, however both times I reached a goal it froze and I did not receive the card pack reward. It says the reward was claimed but I had to log out of game after it froze and claimed nothing 😕

Sorry you're experiencing this issue! Unfortunately there is a small bug on the client side. However, the server has indeed awarded you your items.
