    Download stuck at 99%

Okay, as title says i have a problem. I'm pretty sure that ports for uplay are opened. I also tried this:
    • Deleted the game files and redownloaded clean
    • Ran uplay as administrator
    • Reinstalled uplay
    • Pause/continue download (in some threads people actually said that it helped them )

All i can add is that in log file for uplay client i keep finding one particular error
    Code:
    [ 3816] 2017-10-13 11:27:40 [ 3924] ERROR InetHttpConnection.cpp (911) Read from http://uplaypc-s-ubisoft.cdn.ubi.com/uplaypc/downloads/1771/slices_v3/d/6DFEB33F9B0F98DAA01108FC1C735197A2883BFF?_tkn_=exp=1507889980~acl=%2fuplaypc%2fdownloads%2f1771%2fslices_v3%2fd%2f6DFEB33F9B0F98DAA01108FC1C735197A2883BFF~data=ec03089d-343a-48d8-a76d-2528319dbf42%2c~hmac=837666623c7ee3cdcd92ae0d6ae7dfd194f133df6defcf724589cbb0207c4669 timed out.
Also, i bought the game, so it's not even a free weekend thing for me :/

    Any help?

    Hello Armored_Elk,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Can you please try the follwing guide on uplay troubleshooting.

If this does not resolve your issue, can you please create a case on the support website and submit your DxDiag and MsInfo files for further investigation.

    Thanks!

Troubleshooting didn't help. As i said, ports are opened and everything else is checked. I've submitted a support ticket but as i previously mensioned there is alot of people with same issue. This is ridiculous :\
