So i preloaded it 2 days back on Uplay for F2P weekend and now when i try to launch it gives me these errors.
Methods i tried to fix:
- Verified game files.
- Copied it to C (OS) drive
- Restarted Uplay several times.
- Restarted PC.
- Tried to run as Admin.
But still can't launch it. So any help? wanna try out that PVP mode.
Don't know why the images didn't showed up but here's the first error:
"uplayr164.dll is not designed to run on windows" something like this and in the end it says "error status 0xc000007b".
2nd error "Uplay PC is not currently installed".
Getting the same issue here, thought I would try this game considering the free weekend....
After downloading the nearly 40-50GB (I forget exact amount at time of writing) It wont start.
The shortcut literally flashes then goes back to 'PLAY' on Uplay.
God I hate Uplay so much and avoid using it like the plague.
I was getting this same issue. Did all the steps Moeez97 did except moving it to C drive. Then I shut off Asus Afterbuner and it lunched right up. some other overlays like fraps or something like that would probably stop it too.
I'm not sure what to do. After I click the play button literally nothing happens. No error code or anything. Anyone else have this problem?
Should've downloaded it from steam dammit. But did steam allowed the option of preload?
I had Asus GPU TweakII running in the background closed it but still same error.Originally Posted by djsisk1 Go to original post
same, wont start no error given. Was working fine 2 days ago. I imagine it most likely is an issue with EasyAntiCheat. 90% of my issues with this game were because of that.
No response from Ubi's tech team too what should we do now? only 2 days are left.
Honestly I paid for the game, when it came out and this is the first time I have asked for support in my thread its been two days and they haven't even said sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Just like Activision the customer support is non existent. So I guess its time to stop buying Ubisoft products just like I have done with Activision.
