I logged into Ubisoft support and started a chat session.
i. Click this link, https://support.ubi.com/en-US/SignIn...bi.com%2fen-US
ii. Sign in with your Uplay account
iii. Scroll down to Contact Customer Support
iv. Scroll down again to "Still Need Help?"
v. Type in your issue,"Received PTS Invite but no Key"
vi. Click Start Chat.
That's what I did.
