Started mission and cleared lobby. Did not kill Boss before timer ran out during second part. Could not restart mission without logging out. Tried fast traveling and starting Pier 93 but did not reset Carrier. Logging out was one way to reset carrier mission. Another was to start Amhersts apartment then leave that mission go back to Carrier. Carrier was reset and ran as normal.
