Hey there, I’ll list the above mentioned bugs I’m still confronted with and would appreciate it very much if you could tell me if you face them, too. I play on an iPhone 6s on iOS 11, although these bugs were the same on iOS 10. They all are several months old:

1. In the saloon, sometimes when I click on ads for GEMS, the game freezes and has to be restarted.

2. In the saloon, ads sometimes disappear completely without me having completed them for the day.

3. All ads with a filled white circle and the words „Earn 1 Reward“ in the bottom left corner don’t work at all - ever. This is valid for saloon and loot wheel screens as any other occasions.

4. On the loot wheel screen, sometimes when I click on the replay ads button, the game freezes and has to be restarted.

5. Working ads generally appear only about 5 times per day, the rest are the above mentioned broken ones.

Can you confirm (some of) the points above? Your feedback would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes to all you've listed. The ad/rewards are a mess. While I used to count on getting 1 gem and 1 ticket per ad viewed daily (max 3), now I'm extremely lucky if I get a couple of gems and/or tickets every other day. Anything related to TapJoy is a bust and has not paid out rewards for a year now. I've supported the game since the beginning and have paid for plenty of gems, tickets, packages, etc. over the years. I consider the game a hobby and those tend to cost some money so I'm ok with paying to play sometimes. Taking away the very small opportunities to gain some gems and tickets without spending is a tough pill to swallow and the overall lack of dev support is getting tiresome.

Disclaimer; I don't really play ads anymore because I STILL receive enough in-game through no choice of mine.

To answer your points from when I did;

1. Yes, has happened on ads for anything, whether it was specifically for Gems, I can't remember.

2. Yes, been happening since not long after they were introduced. I generally ran ads for golden tickets and gems, but found that after a few days only the coin ads would show. If i played those, eventually the ads for tickets and gems would re-appear.

3. Don't recall seeing these.

4. Don't generally play these but I suspect it would since the game and frozen on any ads before.

5. Don't know, I get more than 5 a day when I play, but these are forced.

For reference; iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.5 and starting to shows its age!

1 and 4 - yes, freezes happen quite often. Especially on the loot wheel. Seems it's happening when there are no more ads available but the game thinks there are.
