As to the patch notes for PTS2 the amount of D-tech in Dark Zone D-tech crates should have been increased. But on a quick run through multiple well known D-Tech places on the PTS system in the DZ all what I got from those crates was still only one shiny little D-Tech piece. Same applies to the crates placed in WSP.
Not sure if this is a bug or if that change simply didn't make it to the console PTS (yet).
