So I guess we're not going to get any compensation for making it to the finals in tournament and have to quit because it's stuck on "starting soon" screen for nearly 40 minutes?
Don't even release the beta if it's not playable.

The whole point of beta and other kinds of test builds are that stuff like that can happen. There are no guarantees when you beta-test, friend. You just have to suck it up. I'm not saying that I don't understand your frustration, but you knew this going in.

Understand 100%, but have you played that tournament? It's a couple fights lasting several minutes, and waiting between that lasts 10-15 minutes. After all that, you get stuck for - like me - 40 minutes because if you back out, you forfeit all loot and have a 1 hour penalty. That's the kind of **** that should be closed tested.

I have not played the tournament beta. I played the PTS where it was first tested and found it too time-consuming as a whole (I rarely have 1h+ at a time to play) and with too long pauses between matches like you say. Not my cup of tea.
