BMW Rally Challenge - No reward for top 1%?

Is there seriously no reward for getting into the top 1% with the BMW Rally Challenge? It's very easy to get into the top 5% with little effort and getting to rank 1 is pretty much impossible.

I'm not saying it was hard to get into the top 5% but on the other hand, 95% of players fail to make it so it's more on the hard side than the easy side if we're being honest.

Other than the bandito challenge, all of the "free bike at the end of 4 week" challenges have had this format, make it into the top 5% every week and you get the new bike.

Yep, no 1% reward. Only one rank 1 reward for specialists:

Found this entry about RL/Ubi, in the encyclopedia "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy":

    And a TF survive mantra:
"Have no fear and do not be afraid, it could be worse."

I had no fear and was not afraid, and it came worse. © D.Adams

Seems i'd to go for therapy at anonymous players

Yeah, no complaints from me; I like an occasional event where I dont have to struggle. I think I even do better when I dont; currently IOS rank 197 (top 0.25%).

Whats always blown my mind about this game is that there really are only 3-4K people who even make a serious competitive effort... and the remaining 85K playing are such "casual players" they are essentially comatose. Just take a look at the number of people who played each track in the event; you can tell that as you go down the list of tracks, everyone played the top track, but the farther down the list the fewer people even tried. Its almost like they started playing and got distracted by something shiny, and forgot they were playing... .

Think there are a lot of newcomers. They don't know the bikes, tracks and physics. These events have always the same scheme:

The beginning looks not to bad for having success. But soon it's obvious that there is much time to spend doing the same again and again, or/and spend disproportionately money for the goal. So they leave after spent a bit money and relatively short time.

By the amount of these players, RL makes the cash. This "free to play" business model works, sadly.

For you on rank 197 it might be not to hard getting the BMW 5% four times. I'm rank +/- 1000, my "TF device" stays 95% at home. Me included, three persons(thx to my 2 nephew's btw) grind for Lot, send/recieve gifts, Puppy...

Just now with BMW Leg 2 we can see that the "good Leg 1 times" are fading away: harder tracks, less tickets on wheel,..

I doubt we'll have the staying power to go through this, because it's not really fun, it's grind at the end.

The further explanation for these short time players i.m.O is; there are always a certain amount of "fake accounts" for these events, to manipulate the % counting.

What do you mean "sadly"? Devs should work for free or what?

"Menno", nope! They should create a good game & sell it for reasonable price. If there's + feedback, they should create a new chapter & sell it for reasonable price...
