I love fights against Berserk, Peacekeeper or Orochi ... makes competitive for me more because my Main have no unblockable 50:50 attacks too. I remember when they remove knockdown aability from Shugoki with 1.6 patch with excuses like "we not want a Hero with knockdown + free heavy ability" etc... than they add new Heroes which can knockdown and use heavy more often. Shame Ubisoft.

And just outplay the predictable play that is seen everyday.. because it only goes so far before you make a mistake; and the mistake can be costly, very costly.. and it takes a simple one. And also.. I don't want to have to dodge every shoulder bash.. because the player is lazy. And I am sorry: no matter what anybody may say here.. it is downright lazy play. Myself; as a player.. I barely ledge when the opportunity presents itself, or grab.. And I am moderately successful. I can take getting outplayed... And that is what this post revolves around... OUTPLAYED.. out played is not a bash after every Hit, for my character to land on the floor because I could not dodge the repeated 6 or 7 shield bashes (plus the heavy attack on conqueror) for my stamina to go down and then die.. the game the way the mechanics are set up to facilitate this type of play. (Move sets, the lot) And quite simply it is boring, the only reason I don't have my refund is because i bought this trash from the store as a download... the moment it is downloaded my redund is void... but please.. i am sure a lot of you guys will disagree with this.. If you can avoid getting hit and know how to do it, but choose not to, then you have been outplayed. The only reasonable response to your entire gigantic post is "get good/just dodge," and maybe roll out sometimes. I have never, ever said those words to anyone on these forums because i think it's rude and a total cop out in lieu of actual advice.
However, you have chosen to avoid dodging, ledging, guard breaks and just claim your opponents are lazy and they're not outplaying you. Be more good. Use more dodge. Use those guard breaks and ledge everyone, all the time, everywhere
I call opponents lazy when they use a move Into a shield bash, and absolutely I do not take full advantage of grab or ledging.. never usually need to.. to be honest. I can usually beat a lot of the playerd eventually.. like i said "moderately successful" and I absolutely call the opponent/player base lazy.. Because if your going to hit a player and use a shield bash 6-7 times in a row?? What exactly is fun about that? And more to the point what am I paying for?? In short; absolute crock.. I use dodge plenty of times. But if I have to dodge 6/7 times because of a shield bash, just makes the game very predictable and boring.. I am not going to sit here and say and believe that overall the player base.. And the opponents I have faced in general can't offer anything more than a hit into a shield bash... or a hit into shoulder bash... repeated over and over. That is the point of my post. And yes like I said above. Dodging isn't a one way fix to this problem either. Dodges fail eventually.. every player here will miss a dodge. Yes I absolutely 100% stand by my point of a lazy player base, I didn't pay £30 for the base to cheese out every fight with a shield bash.. with the games potential as is, I absolutely expected more than that.. ?? And i believe in a bit more than "get good". I think my point is a fair one. This isn't a blacklist of every person using a shield bash... I am targeting the players that repeat the move deliberately to deplete stamina and gain a rather boring; unfulfilled win at the other players expense.. and it is exactly that; at the other players expense. And in my personal opinion the move sets for nearly all the characters go against what everyone is trying to achieve... balance will not be possible.. Because the player base is the problem standing between balance and a fair game everyone wants to play.. not to mention the move sets themselves.. in fact grab should be on a timer.. in my opinion. Never needed grab to be honest, it has it's uses. But I can be without it. But if we are gonna discuss player and in respect to balance. It is the move sets.. which need a overhaul.
