Found Stutter Reason: Dynamic Shadows
In some instances especially in certain maps and around minion waves, game would start to stutter and while FPS displayed still over 100fps actual feel would be more like 30-40fps.
I found the reason: Dynamic Shadows
I realized that during a brawl in Temple Garden, where the area is beneath a huge tree. That tree, every single leaf casts a shadow on the ground. Stuttering was beyond acceptable whole duel. In the middle of round 2 I just went to options and turned off dynamic shadows to check my theory and all stuttering was gone in an instant.
That makes sense now since those minion waves are simple models with simple textures that are clones, so it shouldn't even load the graphic ram due to their number, but since they all move constantly casting dynamic shadows accumulated shadow calculation makes the game stutter around them.
Also before any ******* comes and tells that it is not games fault and I need upgrade my potato, my computer benchmarks the game at 160fps.
Please pass it on to the devs to optimize Dynamic Shadows by separating shadow quality of things that matter (like characters) and unnecessary junk like leaves on a tree or the minion wave.
Until then I suggest everyone to turn dynamic shadows to low if you experience those sudden stutters.
