The Season 3 new outfit for Nobushi, I believe it is "Amaririsu" Helmet top is not customizable. Though the option is useable, no edited features show.
In regards to the bugged helmet, i had made an error. The helmet "Amaririsu" works as intended, It is the "Kinmokusei" helmet that is not customizeable.
