[PC/PS4/XONE] THE NEW “REMOVE ALL “NEW” ICON” OPTION DOES NOT APPLY UNTIL THE PLAYER RESTARTS THE GAME
Description: The new “Remove all “New” icon”' option does not apply until the player restarts the game.
Status: Fixed in 1.15
Workaround: Restart the game.

It's always worked for me the instant I exit.
