Like Centurion's one with jump kill. Shinobi can slice head with his last hit with poison grab, Orochi can somehow cut in half (from middle to head) with deflect, Lawbringer can create a hole in chest with his Long Arm move. Raider smash head with his grab, Nobushi kick off head (I dont think if her unblockable kick do any dmg but can just kick off when opponent is poisoned to death) etc. "Sorry for my bad English"

No, something like Centurion have. I guess its Eagle Talon move that pin opponent into ground. You have a little cinematic when its last hit.
