Like seriously, probably 50% of the time I jump out of an aircraft, I will jump out, get a few seconds away from it, and suddenly, out of absolutely no where, die.....
Also, what is the correlation between "Hold E to jump out" and "Fire rockets"!? Seriously, ive seen this many times to....I bail out of my heli, and 2-3 seconds later, WHOOSH, rockets go flying, and out of the side of the helicopter to.....like they fired out of the miniguns or something.
Man this game......
When I jump out,it's like the helicopter blades hit me and kill me. Altitude makes no difference.Originally Posted by Ubi-Iudex Go to original post
Flying flat and level and die when I bail out.
Also,if I deploy my drone while standing next to a helicopter,it will be destroyed by the rotors. Even though they aren't turning.
Helis have a few bugs but are still my favorite.
I think the rotor blades do the same damage no matter what speed they are turning or whether they are even turning at all.Originally Posted by Ubi-Iudex Go to original post
The easy fix would be removing the rotor disc hit box but I would HATE to see that happen.
The bailing out might be latency...maybe?
Maybe we bail out into where the heli was a moment ago?
But the drone thing...It's 100% repeatable. Every single time. Sometimes even if it is between the blades and doesn't even touch them. It's like the rotor disc is always there.
I don't do videos but it has happened to me either way (exploding once it hits the ground or bouncing & exploding mid air and killing me with the blades or just killing me when I land). Sometimes one of my teammates has been able to get me back on my feet. IIRC, this only happens on the side missions when you steal a helo and drop it on the rebels strip and it only happens with the big birds.Originally Posted by Ubi-Iudex Go to original post
Here is an example of what is happening, though I thought this was already a known issue and the devs were looking into it.
