I get it, if I rage quit punish me. But if I'm 10min into a match with all bot teammates that continue to go unfilled and they have a fully stacked player team on the other side, I should be able to say "Bump this, I'm out of here" without incurring a 10min matchmaking penalty.

We've alerted the team to this kind of situation before and they're aware of it. It probably would take some more time as it would require a bit more finesse with the quit-penalty in order to determine these types of quits, but I'll pass your experience along to the team as well in order to help them be more cognizant of the issue.
