I am considering to change from ps4 to XBox One, but my question is, can I keep my progress on my account, which should be bound to ubisoft, no? Or do I need to start to from the beginning again? I`ve put a lot time into For Honor and close to reach the level cap of my main hero. An answer would be amazing.

Unfortunately, we do not have a system in place to transfer progress from one console to another.

You will have to start from scratch.
