    Less Generic Soldiers

I think soldiers are really generic. When I mean really generic I mean really generic. Like there is no difference between any soldier. So I have a simple solution:

Step 1: Make 1 extra head model, 1 extra arm model, 1 extra body model, and 1 extra shield model. That means in total there will be 2 of each - heads, arms, bodies and shields.
Step 2: Make it so that every time a dominion begins, a soldier will randomly have one of the two heads, bodies, arms, and shields.
This will add a variety of new soldiers, in fact 16 types of soldiers from just making 1 extra model for each body part.
The dev team have no problem making new armour and gear for heroes so I think 4 extra models isnt going to be that difficult.
I think this will make soldiers look nicer and will make dominion more immersive.

The Viking minions already have swords, they need axes in my opinion.

What's even worse is that some of the soldiers have female voices when you stand near them, BUT THEY ARE ALL CLEARLY MEN.

So at the very least Ubisoft needs to get on putting actual female soldiers on the field.
