I Hope The Division 2 quit RPG Formula

Hi ... That was all I wanted to say.

This game could easily have been one of the best tactical shooters ever created but it was ruined with RPG and Loot Formula. I hope to see a game more realistic / tactical for the next release, a game more accord to Tom Clancy's brand.

What do you mean, when you thinking about realistic / tactical?? What developers do?

I heavily disagree with the OP. I think the RPG elements in the game are a cerebral touch. It's refreshing to play a game that just isn't another shooter. I think the game you may be looking for is Ghost Recon: Wildlands.

I wish that Wildlands were half good as The Division is. Wildlands hasn't Cover System, it hasn't something like Dark Zone and it hasn't that beautiful graphics that The Division has.

The big problem that I have with this RPG system is that I don't want spend days, weeks or months trying to get a competitive set. Right now I want to be in the Dark Zone trying to Kill somebody or completing some objective but knowing that I have to search for a good set first in order to be a competitive player, it's frustrating.

I've reading guides and stuff to understand how all this mechanics works and I don't figuere out a good set for me yet. If only it were more simpler.

    PD: Sorry for my English

I speak Spanish but I will try to make my best to explain myself

This game had the potential to be some kind of Tactical/Survival/Shooter. The developers took the hard task to make a cover system in the whole city only to be Wasted in this RPG mechanics.

Imagine the game has a regular Shooter mechanics and instead of being looking for Fancy Loot we search for ammunition, suplies for our base, medicine and the base help us to survive givining us intel (making our GPS work, Suplies location, Events etc.). Also if anybody can Kill You (no matter if it's a noob that just got lucky) you would go with your squad covering each other in every corner and every encounter with another player would be a situation of real tension.

Imagine that weapons and gear had degradation and you had to repair it or change it, imagine that diferent builds of gear leads to different styles of play, like if you want to go heavy you put it on heavy armor, big weapons but that make you go slow and you make more noise, and if you want to go solo you could use a stealth build.

That are some ideas, again sorry for my english I barely speak.

I hope to see something like that for The Division 2

You can make it as simple as can be!
Do what i do and dont buy it when it comes out!
in real life if your friend screw's you,
you dont wanna hang around him anymore so why buy a sequel if your screwed by the developers every patch again and agian
If i buy a game, i buy it because i like that game and if the developers gonna change every single line in the game after i bought it than i dont have bought that game but completly something different.
Massive learned me a couple of things

1 Dont buy **** from Massive
2 dont buy games that are not finished

1st of all they need to greatly... no, like that: GREATLY improve their netcode.
And only after that allow players to kill each other in 1-2 shots.

Agreed, the last thing we need is another Destiny 2, an optimal game would refine the RPG mechanics to make them more pivotal to how the game worked, but I'd wait to see what they have planned next before jumping to any assumptions about a sequel.
