My suggestions

1) Let him charge his second heavy (combo: light - chraged heavy or heavy - charged heavy)

2) Let him to feint/cancel charging heavy

I don't think 2) is going through, since cent can't cancel his unlockable heavy finisher either but if they implement 1), shugoki will have crazy pressure, since the unblockable heavy is one of the hardest hitting moves in the whole game. Still, I support 1) if the finisher version isn't as strong but faster, since it will make the pure charged ones alittle less worth going for if it does the same damage, but 2) probably isn't happening

Or Add a move called stomp where shugoki stomps like a sumo wrestler

I do know that we definitely do want to give Shugoki a little bit of love - as to what that entails I'm still not sure as of yet, but I'll pass along the suggestions.
